South West-side story

2016/09/23
Everyday

So after a very intense month in Edinburgh, performing at the Fringe Festival with Elicit Theatre Company, I’m now back in London, in my new house share in Tooting. So far, I’ve shot one self-tape audition in my new bedroom and I actually got the part, which I’m really excited about! The project is a web series and we start shooting next week!

Other than that, Elicit Theatre Company have got four London shows of Femmetamorphosis coming up, two at the King’s Head Theatre in Islington, one at Leicester Square Theatre and one at Dugdale Theatre in Enfield. We’re also going to start rehearsing two new plays for next year plus continuing with Femmetamorphosis and A Merry Regiment of Women, which means we’ll be rehearsing four different plays simultaneously this season! So I’m going to be quite busy in the near future, but I’ll still make sure to work on my own writing projects as well, especially the feature screenplay because I really want to get that project on its feet as soon as possible and find a producer to collaborate with and I can’t start looking into that until I have at least a first draft of the new script done…
